The world is a crazy place right now. The last thing you need is to have another worry on your mind. Everly’s subscription program can help! When you sign up for a subscription you will not only save time on reordering your favorite Everly flavors, you will also save money! Every subscription order is 23% off (that’s only $9.99 per pouch!) and there is no commitment so you can cancel your subscription at any time.

After you place your first subscription order, you will receive an email from us asking you to Active your account. The link in this email will allow you to verify your email and help you create a password for your account. Once you have activated your account, you can log in by entering your email address and password that you created during the account activation. If you have forgotten your password or have trouble logging in you can click “Forgot password” or “Having issues managing your subscriptions?”. You will receive an email to reset your password or verify your email address so you can log in to your account.
Once you are logged in, click “Manage Subscription” to make changes to your subscription on the My Account page. If you are using a mobile device, you might need to scroll to the bottom of the page in order to find "Manage Subscription".
This will take you to the Subscription page that looks like this:
From your subscription page you can swap products, add products, change delivery date/frequency or skip shipments and update your personal information like your shipping address or billing information.
From your subscription page, you can easily swap out products for a different flavor or line.
Click swap beside the product that you would like to swap. Once you click swap you will be redirected to this page:
To swap out your current product, select your desired line or flavor from the products listed. After you select a product you will get a chance to verify your choice on this page:
For this example, we selected Energy Drink mix. From here, choose your flavor, quantity and delivery schedule. The delivery schedule will default to the current delivery schedule of the other products on your subscription. To complete the swap, click “Swap product” at the bottom of this page.
From your subscription page you can also easily add products to your subscription. To add a products simply click “Add product” at the bottom of the subscription page:
Next, select the product you want to add from the list below:
For this example we selected Energy drink mix. Once you select your desired product choose your flavor, quantity and delivery schedule. The delivery schedule will default to the current delivery schedule of the other products on your subscription. To finish adding the product click, “Add product”.
Change delivery date/frequency or skip shipment-
To edit your next delivery date or change the frequency of delivery click “Delivery schedule” on the left side of the subscription page:
From there you will be redirected to this page:
Here, you can view all your upcoming deliveries. You can choose to skip shipments, or edit them. If you would like to skip one of your upcoming shipments select “Skip” beside each product you would like to skip. Repeat this process for all products on the upcoming shipment to skip the entire upcoming shipment. Your shipments will resume shipping on your usual delivery schedule after the date of the skipped delivery.
If you select “edit” you will be redirected to this page:
On this page you can edit your delivery schedule but selecting “Change delivery schedule”. Then use the drop down menu to select your desired delivery frequency. Repeat this process for all products on your subscription to have them be shipped together.
Lastly, from this page you can also edit your next ship date if you would like your order sooner or later. This will not affect your delivery frequency.
Select “Change next charge date”
Then use the drop down menu to select a new date for your next shipment. Repeat this process for all products on your subscription to have them ship on the same date.
Update Shipping Address-
To update your shipping address, simply click “edit” beside your address on the subscription page, input your new address and click “Save” at the bottom of the page.
Update Billing Information-
To update your credit card information or billing address select “Billing Information” on the subscription page.
Once you select “Billing Information” you will be redirected to this page:
From this page you can select “Update card” beside the Card on file section to enter a new payment method. You can also select “Edit” beside the Billing information section to update your billing address and email. Be sure to click “Save” at the bottom of your screen to save you updated information.
Cancel your subscription-
If you decide you no longer want to receive your subscription you can cancel at any time. To cancel your subscription, click “Cancel” beside each product you would like to stop receiving.
Once you click “cancel” you will be asked to select a reason for why you have decided to cancel your subscription. This helps us make our subscription program better for you and future customers. Once you select your reason, finish by clicking “Cancel my subscription”. Repeat this process for all products on your subscription if you would like to cancel everything on your subscription.
